“Beachy Flamingo”
I revamped my line sketch book into a larger image that utilizes line. I made multiple layers of lines to create an entire scene, and added “watercolor” to complete the look. Below is the orginal sketchbook I ‘replayed’.

Above is my final “Art and Science” Project. I started with many interesting elements, such as newspaper clippings, photos, karyotypes, and more. After spray-painting a shadow box gold, I placed all of these items into the box with modge-podge. When I finished, my final product really exhibited the ideas that I had planned it to. I believe that my piece is interesting because it shows many aspects of a scientific breakthrough in terms of its history and future.
